Have you ever spent hours trying to genuinely study for a CPE course, only to hear about someone breezing through it in minutes? Well, I just found out how that’s happening, and trust me, it’s not pretty. What I thought would be a valuable learning experience turned into a farce, and I’m honestly pissed.

This isn’t just about one bad experienceit’s about protecting the integrity of the whole CPE process. If we don’t speak up now, it’s only going to get worse.

What  Went Down?

I signed up for a course on CPE247.com thinking it would be a legit way to earn my credits. But then I saw this thing called “Practice Questions” as a downloadable PDF. Sounds innocent, right? Except these weren’t just *practice* questions—they were the actual quiz questions for the final exam.

Being curious (and a little suspicious), I decided to test it out. I skipped the entire study material, popped the questions into ChatGPT, and aced the quiz in… under three minutes. Three freaking minutes. And just like that, I got my six-credit certificate. No studying. No effort. Nothing.

How is this even allowed? Shouldn’t I be spending at least six hours learning to earn those credits? What’s the point of this system if it’s this easy to cheat it?

Why This Is a Big Deal

I know some people might think, “Hey, it’s just a shortcut!” But no, this is a huge problem, and here’s why:

1. It’s a Mockery of Learning: CPE is supposed to help us grow, learn new skills, and stay on top of our game. But if you can just cheat your way through, it turns the whole process into a joke.

2. It Hurts Genuine Learners: Those of us who actually care about learning are wasting our time doing things the right way, while others are getting the same certificates by doing… nothing.

3. It Destroys Credibility: Imagine showing your CPE certificate to someone, and they laugh because they know how easy it is to fake it. This undermines the value of the certification for everyone.

Where Is NASBA in All of This?

NASBA, How did this even get approved? Are there any audits? Checking how these CE Sponsors operate? Because if shortcuts like this are allowed, what’s stopping others from doing the same thing?

I’m genuinely frustrated because it feels like the system is letting us down.

Final Thoughts

This isn’t just about me or this one course—it’s about all of us who genuinely care about learning and growing in our professions. If we let this slide, we’re all going to lose.

NASBA, it’s time to step up and take action. We deserve better than this.
